I wrote this in late '05 in response to the quantity of awful responses to my job posting on Craigslist. It was reposted to 'Best of Craigslist' and picked up on numerous blogs including one run by Microsoft HR who validated many of the suggestions.

Ok.. this is just a little out of date (Nov '95), but I include it out of nostalgia, and a fondness for the early days of the web. My college professors were skeptical at the time, much of it has come to pass. Gartner even referenced it in a 1997 report.
