Hong Kong Government (Efficiency Unit) |
User Interface & Application Design The design of this site may look a little dated. That's because it is. We put this together in 1998. Far ahead of it's time. - As far as we knew the first management system of it's kind in the world! As part of a drive to reach performance targets after the handover, The Hong Kong Government set about development of a Management Information System which would provide a means of monitoring progress on some 48 policy objectives, and many thousands of initiatives being run throughout the region. I led a team from Pacific Connections that took the business requirements, and fleshed them out into technical requirements with a functioning user interface prototype. The whole project was completed in association with PWC and Hewlett Packard.
