Responsible for the coordination of over 18 governmental departments and even more external suppliers, the Hong Kong Government Housing Bureau realized it needed a new project management solution following tough new targets outlined in the Government's policy objectives.

Project Directors needed to update progress from various locations, and with a variety of computer systems. Rigorous security protection was required and senior officials had to be able to monitor and compare actual progress with targets. Non-technical staff had to find it easy to use.

Working with IBM Global Services who developed the backend, I produced the user interface design, workflow, and ensured the sytem was easy to use and understandable for a wide range of employees and contractors that needed to interact with it.
