I design and develop websites that get better results. I love doing it.

I typically work on sizeable corporate projects with product managers or business leaders to bring business ideas from concept to a high-definition prototype on the user-interface. I enjoy working onsite in organizations as a short-medium term addition to the team. I still roll up my sleeves and do a lot of visual-design and coding (HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP) myself. For larger projects, I have a network of developers, designers, and writers to call on to get the best results.

My prior experience

Over the last ten years I've worked on and led a variety of projects with a variety of organizations from small startups to multi-nationals and governments.

Here's some of the work I've been involved with :

• Web Application Design - I've worked on and designed a number of high-profile web applications from a management information system for the Hong Kong Government, online auction sites, data center management software, e-commerce sites, enterprise collaborative software. Typically I take a business concept and flesh it out into a highly developed UI prototype & technical requirements, which can be handed off to local or offshore development teams. Such UI prototypes are also great for proof of concept, marketing and raising money.

Using testing tools, it is always eye-opening to watch how design options can compete in the open market.
